This weekend.

Rob practiced harsh temperance while he was in Brooklyn.
There were so many "bad" ppl I had to practice temperance not to ask their numbers. It seems I missed Brooklyn a little more than I anticipated.

So here is what happened. We were late in leaving Friday night for NYC. I left with Nate and Bro. D's Taxi carried all the girls. I stayed up for what became a 3 hr drive to NY, went straight to Bethanie...while there I picked up a few bits about the location of Bethanie, met one of Brooklyn's best directors, and then managed to get in one practice for the church concert. Got dropped at my grandparents gave them and my uncle and new aunt a quick nimenhao and went to bed for the night. In the morning, no one came to pick me up, and I was officially lost...and so my Uncle Steve and I went all around looking for Bethanie for me in the morning. We finally found it.

On the negative side, I did not play with 100% confidence and par...bcuz I had something and someone on my mind. Group leader got the necessary money for the cause...so it was a success.

But on the positive side, I got to see many professional musicians in action, and got to hear many Brooklyn voices. (Um, it helps to think on the monetary aspect as well when trying to find a bright side.)

At the end of all this, I decided not to stay and shop and sightsee with the others in the group but to go home that very night. Me, the bass guitarist, and two girls who came to support us all went home together. Very nice, I would think...if it werent for the fact that evn at night traffic was terrible, and I didnt get in bed until 5 in the morning.

In the end it was all worth it...I think...
